My name is John Bailey and as president and owner of Bailey Homes, Inc., I would like to welcome you. We are a small locally owned business uniquely suited for building homes in Northern Colorado. We have been in business since the spring of 1996 and over that time we have built over 300 homes in Ault, Evans, Greeley, Johnstown, Milliken, Loveland and Fort Collins. We personally design and build our homes paying meticulous attention to detail, space, and functionality. It has always been our goal to build quality, affordable homes that stand the test of time, in good neighborhoods that will give your family the opportunity to live, play and relax.
