Bailey Homes proudly offers four house plans to suit your needs. Each model features a dining area; three bedrooms, 2 to 2 ½ baths (depending on model); master bedroom walk-in closet; unfinished basement and functional covered front porches. We can also customize any of our four floor plans to meet your special needs.

Bailey Homes works hard to ensure that the exterior of each home is unique. We will not build two of the same style house or paint two homes with the same exterior colors next to each other. We will also not build the same house plan directly adjacent.
